I happened to be driving on 31 and I was with a friend and we saw this little mexican villa. So we went in there and saw some cool stuff and I whipped out my camera and started taking pictures. I then came across this blue house that was a really cool blue and I liked it. I like the shape and architecture of it and so I took a picture. It turned out pretty good and it's probably one of the best I've taken.

I think this simple shot works because of the asymmetrical balanced achieved. The curved dull gray area contrasts with the straight blue siding in a pleasing way.
I want very badly to rotate this image and make the lines parallel to the picture frame. I don't think the slight angle adds much to the photo (if anything, it may detract, IMHO). But I'll agree that the colors are cool.
This picture is really neato. Unlike the last comment, i think the angle of the picture is perfect. :) If the panels were parallel to the frame, i really don't think the picture would work. I like the simplicity of this photo, it just works. The colors are very striking and interesting. My only suggestion would be to make the darkest colors darker - like the blacks. But other than that, it is a very visually pleasing composition.
