As simple as it is, I found this photograph to be somewhat an alternative view of a typical architecture image. Originally, I had to take two separate photographs of the building and the sky at the same angle so that neither would be underexposed. In class, I combined them and played around a bit in photoshop, giving an interesting dimension to the building or maybe, the piano...

Wow Igor, I like this image a lot. You must have been saving it because I had not seen it before you turned it in today. I like the slight Photoshop stretch that you gave it. Also I am impressed that you are using two photographs at different exposures, did you remember to take your tripod? Great job.

The exposure seems perfect. You did a very nice job of combining these photos. There's no detail lost in either part of the photo, but it still looks realistic. Well done. Just a few years ago, you would have had to use neutral density filters over your lens (and have them perfectly positioned) to pull this off [what a hassle!]. But now we have digital... and you've taken advantage of it quite well. Nice one.
