This is a cyanotype that I did while preparing for the workshop at UAB. I ended up not using it there because I liked it so much on it's own. I really liked how this turned out, the blue is deep, which is what I wanted it to be. I also like that the features on the faces are not well defined. I also think the composition of the photo is very good, the mask in the left corner leads your I into the picture, and the mask leading to the left takes you out of it. I named this piece Suite; Judy Blue Eyes after the awesome Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young song.

I like this piece, but I must disagree with your comment on the composition. I think it could be improved drastically.
Having seen the actual cyanotype, it seems like this photo lost some contrast when you scanned it in. Its a great photograph, just try adjusting the levels a bit on the scanned image.
