This picture was of an old rusted Volkswagon. I was driving around trying to find a junkyard, and I came across this small parking lot of old cars in Alabaster. I love the bright yellow color of the VW and the rust adds to its character. The sock was rather interesting to me. Finding a good viewpoint that included both the car's circular headlights and the sock was hard, but I like this one the most out of the several that I shot.

Junkyards are always fun (photographically). For this shot, maybe you could
have either gone wider to get a more environmental shot, or gone *really* close up with a macro shot for an abstract feel. As it stands, it's in the middle, which doesn't hold my interest as much. Maybe a different looking angle like this guy's shot of an old yellow car would work. The good thing about a junk car is that chances are it's still there, so (if it interests you) this shot can be reworked until you feel you've captured it perfectly.
the color of the car is really cool.Thats a big part of the shot and thats y its really good
Although the sock is interesting from an intellectual point of view (after all WHY is it there? Where is the other one??) - from a visual point of view it seems more of a distraction. I like the yellow color, but think a different angle might work better for you.
