Fire Escape To Heaven

Contributed by: Neil "Too Tight" Danger

I took this picture a few weekends ago for our angles project. I edited it profusely in photoshop with many curves adjustments and a slight distort-lens correction-fisheye editing done to it. I love the colors and the vignetting at the top.

I dont understand the point of "a slight distort-lens correction-fisheye" when there's nothing bulbous about the shot.

stupid.

I think this shot is great. I looked at this photo from bottom to top and I really like how you adjusted the curves to give it a fish eye affect. I fon't think this picture would be as capturing if you didn't add the fish eye affect. Good job!

I like the angle of this picture is taken at. The colors look really nice, especially the bricks. Good picture too tight.

If I had posted the original image with this one you'd be aware of the slight 'fisheye' effect I added to it.

Really great image for your angles assignment. Good original capture and nice work in post processing. The vignetting that you did in the corners is distracting and is not adding to the composition in my opinion.

The colors in this picture are very vibrant and showed up well in the shot. I think that you captured the main idea of the photo well and put your own artistic twist in it by the angle and getting the sky in the shot. Just from my point of view, I think this shot would be even better if you would’ve sharpened it a bit to give it more of an edge. Other than that, you did very well.
