OLD CAR

Contributed by A Ledbetter

I took this photo over the summer in St. Croix Virgin Islands. It was sitting in the parking lot at the resort. I enhanced the hue and saturation to make the colors pop, cropped out the unnecessary images, and increased the contrast. Overall I think it turned out pretty cool.

I like how the car pretty much fills the whole picture and there are no other objects. The rust on the hood really contrasts with the blue on the car and that was the first thing that caught my eye. If you look at the picture a little more you can see that it has taken a beating.

This picture reminds me of bumblebee from Transformers, I love this picture but i don't like the background, also i like that its a photo of an old car and it has rust on it because it makes it different.

I guess you were just taking picture of cars and i can't really see the changes so i ,and if you were selling the car it would make since to edited it a little more than what you have. Well its nice car as long as the engine has all of the its parts then it would still beat most cars on the quarter mile!

I love this picture! I really like how the rust and the color of the car contrast together, it makes the car look very different since it is an old car also. This picture is also unique since you probably can't see a car like that every day! The only thing I don't like about this picture is the background, but other than that this is a great picture!

I like this photo A Ledbetter because it is a Camaro, and Camaro's are cool. The colors are "popping" as stated and it does look like a very good picture. The fade of the blue against the rusty brown is really interseting in the color of the photo. I think maybe fading the background would enhance the focus on the car but it does still have most of the focus anyway.

The lighting in this photo is perfect. Maybe to make this picture more interesting is to take pictures in different angles. One bad thing is that you cannot see the whole car. It’s like the sides of it are cut off. It’s not that big of a deal though, but it would give the picture some more depth. VD-ERHS
