Give me a bone!

Contributed by H Camp

I took this picture of my dog, Max, after Alabama won the National Championship. I readjusted the levels and the shadows to give him more detail.

i like this photo. But i think if you had backed the picture up a little bit then you could have gotten the whole dog in the picture and it would make it look better. The lighting looks nice too. Good Job overall

I love this picture of your dog! and the way you adjusted this picture makes the dogs colors look so good, but since you took it right after alabama winning the national championship i would of black and whited the dog and let the red collar come thru.

I absolutely love this dog. I like the color adjustment to make the picture more lively. This picture displays a clear understanding of filling the frame. I like how the picture is cropped. There is not any unnecessary background space. I had my dog in an Alabama Jersey for the game as well. Roll Tide! -KS, SPHS

I really like this picture because of how clear it is. The white isn't too washed out or anything, and you can see the texture. He looks so cute!! It looks like it should be on the cover of dog food or something. The reflection in his eyes are also really cool! I like how the asymmetry gives it a little something extra, and i really like the Alabama collar! :)

First off, your dog is precious! So, so cute. The colors are good and you can see a lot of detail. With the dog not being totally centered(rule of thirds, I guess), the composition looks good. Nice job and roll tide!

The photo is cropped awkwardly and not very eye appealing. This photograph is also cropped too small to tell if anything it in focus. The lighting is also pretty bad very bright.

This picture automatically caught my eye because i love puppies; it is so cute. You did a nice job of filling the frame. I like how the dog takes up most of the picture. The coloring is also good and bright. It shows the very nice detail and texture of the dog's fur and the carpet. Very nice job!

This is such a great photo! The dog is adorable and I like how his body totally fills the picture, you did a nice job of fill the frame. Also readjusting the shadows was a great idea because detail stands out in his fur and makes him look really unique! The coloring is great and the alabama tag and everything it's just a great picture :)

Aww this picture is super cute. :) He looks like a stuffed animal! But besides loving how cute the dog is, I like this photo. I like how his colors are very prominent and bold in this photo. I also like how pretty much he's the only object in the photo, so the focus is entirely on him.

First of all the dog is absolutely adorable! the coloring in this picture is great! The Alabama color, love it! Roll Tide! I like how in the picture that the dog is looking up and not right into the camera, it make it look like more of an action shot! Really good picture!

This is soo adorable!! I love the face the dog and how you can see the reflection in his eyes. The subject also fills the frame really well. I also like how you can see the shadow too. Good job!

This is so adorable!!! I really love the collar...ROLL TIDE! I like how the color stands out, it very bold. The shadow really brings out the dog. The eyes are so innocent.

I like this picture a lot!!! Your dog is the most adorable little thing!! The eyes are innocent. I would've probably made it a black and white picture and just let the red show through since you a an Alabama fan. I also wouldn't have gotten that close to him so I could get him in his entirety. But it's an adorable picture overall. A.S.-SPHS

This a really adorable shot of your dog. I love the strong contrast of the eyes of against the lighter and more dark brown n the background. I like how the color of the dogs fur matches a lot of aspects of the background. Its hard to get a dog still untrained or trained so this is pretty cool.Good job!

AWWWW! Your dog is absolutely adorable! I LOVE his eyes! SO PRECIOUS! I like how you adjusted the shadows and levels of the picture. I also like the contrast of this picture. It would have been better if you stepped back a little and show all of him, but overall, very good! :)

Maybe I'm just a sucker for animal pictures on the blog but this picture is so cute. I like the adjustments you did and i can tell that it changed the entire texture of the picture and made it look more real, and soft. Also i like how the red off of the color stands out really well against the white of the dog fur. A real good picture, good eye:)

I like this picture because the dog is really cute and it was probably hard to get this picture because the picture is completely in focus which and usually it is hard to get pictures of animals where they are not moving. Filling the frame is used here. The lighting and focus are good here because it is completely in focus and there are shadows in the right spots.
