Comedy

Contributed by J Bryan

The setup for this should not have been as hard as it was. Darkened up the shadows, erased a few stray marks, and cropped in.

I love this photo, I love how there is brightness coming through the mask’s eyes and nose. I also like how one side is darker than the other side of the mask.
I like how the photo is so dark casue it really makes the eyes and nose pop of the mask.
But Im not really sure what that white wave thing is on the side of the photo.
The mood of this photo is extremely dark and scary, but at the same time its happy because the mask is smiling.

This photo is cool and creepy at the same time. I really like the two-toned color of the face. The way the light comes through the eyes and mouth creates a really creepy look.-SPHS-MC

I really like how the contrast of this photo is. Also the perspective and how it looks like the photo was taken across the street is really cool. The side of the building being detailed really draws your eyes and it really makes you wonder. Great job.

I love the shapes created by the strong shadows in this picture. The contrast between the lights and darks are also very good since there is a definite white and black that you can see. I also like the warm hues, like orange and yellow, that are seen in here. The mood is very happy but at the same time very creepy, and I love how the light source is behind the mask instead of on it, which creates interest. Good job!

I like the creepy effect of this picture. The lighting on the inside of the mask creates a mysterious effect to the outside and makes me wonder what this mask is used for. IB

This photo is really interesting. I love the light coming from the back of the mask. It makes it look kind of sketchy and interesting to look at, at the same time. Good work.--AB SPHS

I like this photo a lot. The orange and Black blend very well, but the little bit of white in the bottom right corner looks like it doesn't belong in the photo.

Love the color, concept, and composition (ooh, alliteration) ! but the white bit in the bottom right is bothering me too. It takes my attention away from the rest of the photograph. I think the corner should just be black.

I really like this picture. The side lighting on the mask is very cool. I love the light shining through the holes in the mask too. The only thing I don't like is the white on the corner. Good job.

this is a really cool picture! I like how the light is coming through the eyes and mouth. I don't like the right side of the mask. The bottom corner is confusing and I'm not sure if it is part of the mask or what.

I like this picture. It is kind of creepy but interesting. The only thing I don't like is the shape at the bottom that looks like a white wave.

This photo has good contrast. It's a very good ying and yang photo showing big contrast from one side of the mask to the other. I like the glow of the picture and the mood it sets it's very mysterious. Also I like the black on the one corner of the picture then the white on the other.

I like the contrast between the darker and lighter sides of the mask. The light shining through the mask that gives the photo a solemn and creepy sort of look. The random light on the right on the photo though I don't really understand what it is. Overall though, this is a really great photo.

I love photo is dark outside the mask and really bright inside the mask. It give the picture a creepy and mysterious kind of look. The colors fit the mood very nicely and give the picture frightening feeling. It has both a sense of peace and darkness in it. Very well done.

I really like this photo. The shapes the eyes and the mouths show really show the sun, or light coming through really well. The brightness behind the bask really help bring out the features of the mask to give it that great look. It is a kind of mask that gives me an idea of someone who is wearing it as two-faced.

I like this photo. I really like the lighting of this picture. I really like the way u used the light to burn out the eyes and mouth. The mood for me is evil and happy. Its happy cause its smiling and its evil cause of the eyes and the darkness.

It’s awesome how up close you got to the mask, it made the mask look so evil. If you would have taken this shot at a greater distance it wouldn’t have had an eerie feel to it, just a mask and flashlight. I’m going to have to try this, it was a great idea to have the light sine threw the openings of the mask. Without the lighting behind the mask it would have looked so plain and uninteresting.

This photo is kind of creepy, but it caught my eye. the contrast is very deep of off, which adds to the facts of its slight darker feeling. good job though!
