I took this picture in the middle of nowhere Bessemer, Alabama. It is a reflection of a flock of trees in the hood of a Ford Focus while the sun was going down. I was walking up the yard and these trees on this car caught my eye. I decided to stop and stare at it for a while when i decided to haul butt inside and grab my camera. I didn't really do much to it except crop it, rotate it to my liking, and tweaked the levels a bit to make the grass look more vibrant and the trees noticeable. I thought it was a good picture so enjoy and have a nice day.
*we will post again on Monday, have a great weekend.

A lovely sunset to our first week of photoblogging. So far the comments are all mine but I have faith that others will stop lurking and start commenting on the great work you all are doing. Great shot Im glad you haulded butt a got that camera. :P
I have spent a lot of time looking at this photo and still cannot see what part of that Ford Focus the trees are reflected in! That is a good thing, I think, because you don't just look once and say "Oh, yes - a reflection in a car windshield(or mirror, or whatever)" and move on. It draws you in. Obviously it is not always necessary to do a lot of fancy editing to get a good piece of work. I think this is excellent.
This is a really cool picture shelby...you have a good eye for pictures!

I have spent a lot of time looking at this picture. I'm still unable to determine what part of a Ford Focus is in it! - and that is a good thing. When the subject is not obvious, the mind and the eye spend more time thinking, and looking, at a photograph. I like this a lot.
I, like everyone else, spent a long time looking at this picture trying to picture myself in your shoes with the angle you shot this from.
I’m glad you were able to get this shot while there was still visible sun, it looks awesome!
I like how the reflection adds to the awkwardness (in a good way, definitely!) of the photo. The blue sky, the beautiful tree and the grass and sun combine for a peaceful feel.
Great Shot!
