I chose this photo because I really like how much depth it has. This shot can be interpreted on an individual level and that's something I strive to achieve in my art, relating thoughts and and expression through one mind into the eyes of another. I really haven't changed anything but the levels. I somehow got my camera to give me this exposure without any editing. It's such an interesting shot in its simplicity. I thought it was very "egelstein-esque." The place where I took these photographs in Mountain Brook has such a rustic appeal. All I did was point and shoot, the real treasure is the neighborhood I took this photograph.
