Hello all! This is a picture i took for our dead objects assignment. It is a dead hydrangea that use to be purple. I loved how some of the color was still trapped inside and how the remaining turned sort of yellowish. I love this picture because the colors are so vibrant and how the purple turned a sort of pinkish. The composition as well is not too bad. I like how up front everything is focused and towards the end it blurs out a bit. It gives the picture a tidbit of character. I also like how the picture is full of the flower and then in the corner it gives us some breathing room. Anyway, as always, enjoy.

This is a well composed image, although it seems like no part of it is well in focus. I wish that the flower on the left side was in better focus, and the rest was not.
hmm.....it seems to be in good focus to me. I like the repetition of the flower shape and I especially like the colors in your photo.
