Happy Thanksgiving!

The blog will be idle for a few days as the students take a well deserved Thanksgiving vacation. I want to take this opportunity to thank the online community for visiting our blog and for adding all your great comments. The addition of the Emerald Ridge student's blog and comments has enhanced the experience for my students and we have enjoyed seeing the awesome work they are doing. I installed a stat counter to the blog and we are getting a good bit of traffic from around the world. Here are some of the stats:
Since Oct 18th (when I installed the tracker)
2,456 Page loads
1,368 Unique Visitors
an average of 56 page loads per day
Our busiest day was oct 25th with 188 page loads.
This week we had days with 148 and 144!
I have seen lots of visitors from all around the country, with some daily returning visits from Florida and California.
The visitors from around the world have really impressed my students. They include: Costa Rica, Argentina, Singapore, Australia, Spain, France and Japan to name a few that I remember.
