Amazing Schme Schme. I really like just about everything about this picture. I like how it looks as though you are just standing in the water looking at the glacier across the water. Its really nice Evan.
I like these glacier shots. I like the blue color overlay, it adds a cool feel to the shot. I also like the reflection of the mountain off the water and the snow/ice on the water. Cool photo.
Evan your shot has a nice calming aspect to it. The limited color pallet is working in this regard as well as the symmetrical composition. However, when compared to your other glacier image it does not deliver as much impact to the viewer. I would like a better description as well. If nothing more than the place where you you took the shot and why you picked it for the blog.
There’s something about this picture that makes it really cool, I just haven’t decided what it is…but I do love the reflection, and just the view its self. I think this is a beautiful picture. It gives of a somber mood….
geez, that water looks cold. the thing I think you have going for your glacier shots are, as Mr. Myers said, your colors. the blue and grey gives the mountains a very secluded feeling as well as a sense of the majesty and untouched beauty of nature. aint that nice? however, I think it would have been cooler (no pun intended) if you had off-centered that huge strip of ice and done the whole rule of thirds thing. and get rid of that little bit of green. I almost didnt notice it but now that I have its kinda distracting. overall its a nice shot that captures nature's "essence."
I love the reflection on the water in this photo. This picture has great symmetry. The hazy clouds above also give this photo a chilly, early morning feeling. Overall, this is a great photo. Good job :)
This picture looks so refreshing, i just want to go jump in that water over in the picture it really stands out, Wonderful, outstanding, great snapshot.
i really like this picture. i like how the mountain and glacier reflect in the water. it looks as if you are actually in the water taking the picture. it has a relaxed calm feeling to it [: great picture!
This is a really awesome picture. The reflection at a whole reminds me of rice balls wrapped in seaweed. The overhang of the clouds really mellows the picture out and makes it really soft and nice to look at.
This is on of my favorites photos on here. The reflection is totally sweet. The dark grey sky and dark mountains flow well with the picture. This is a great photo to put in a portfolio.
