Contributed by T Williams A friend shot a picture of me in RAW. I opened three pictures in different exposures (+2, 0, -2), used photomatix to make it an HDR, and finally ran a levels adjustment and sharpened it.

SPHS BLOG 9/23 I like this photo because it makes you think about and wonder, about what he's thinking about. Its in a good angle with nice light exposure and its creative. Nice job. - SPHS W.H.
I like this picture because I like how he is looking up at something. I've already seen this picture, but I still like it anyway. This one seems to be a bit darker than the one I saw. I like where the lights hit and where the shadows hit. Brava!
The focus of the photo is great. I like how you were create a great depth for the picture and draw attention to your face using a point of interest. It is a pretty epic shot too.
This photo is really interesting. I like how it uses the rule of thirds. His facial expression is also interesting, it adds to the picture. By filling the frame, you can see that expression.
As soon as I look at this picture, I look at the guy's eyes. This picture does a great job of making the viewer think, because it is kind of like a story. You can choose what you want the guy in the picture to be thinking about. sphs
I am a bit "on the fence" with this image. Technically your assistant did a good job with the focus as there is nice detail and it is very sharp. The lighting does match your expression so that is also good, but it could have used a little more fill light on the shadow side. I think what I am not so fond of is the background which is strange looking and the crop feels too tight form my taste. Still good work with the HDR.
I really like this picture because of the shadows and the way it is dark but you can still she him in the picture. Plus the guy in the picture is awesome! :)
i like the angle of the lighting that you used. it accents the facial features so that they stand out from the darkness of the rest of the face. i wouldn't have added so many shadows because around the eye it looks a little too dark.

I like the way that this picture looks. It appears that you spent a long time on it. The colors are really awesome. BF SPHS

Cool picture it has alot of contrast from the low lighting and the angle at which the light hits his face.
