Castle Door

Contributed by C Avery

I took this picture during one of my assignments for photography. I was so impressed with this picture the second after I took it. I love how you can see the reflection of the trees in the window behind the bars. The only thing I changed about this photo is I cropped it, and slightly adjusted the levels.

I really like this picture. It makes me wonder what is behind the doors. I really like the reflection of the trees. It gave a little extra something to the photo instead of it just being this gigantic door. The door kind of gives me a sense of something dark. It was a really cool idea for a photo in my opinion.A.S.-SPHS

This is an interesting photo. I like the angle at which the picture was taken. It gives the image a very unique viewpoint which makes the door look really tall. This makes the viewer wonder how big the building really is. I also like the reflection of the trees on window it adds contrast to the dark bars and brick. Very nice job.

This picture really caught my eye. I love how you can see the reflection of the trees in the glass. I also like the angle at which you shot it. It's kind of like an ant;s eye view. it makes me want to know what's behind the door. :) Good job!

This is an awesome photo! I really like the unique viewpoint. I like how the colors of the gate and the colors of the brick have a lot of the same tones; it really pulls the picture together. Even the green tree has the warm tones of the rest of the picture. The only thing I don't love about the picture is the ceiling/roof in the top left corner. It some how takes away from the rest of the picture. It is still an excellent picture, and the gate is beautiful.

This picture is awesome! I really like the leading lines n the photo. I also like the deep antique brown color of the iron gate. The trees in the background are cool and i like how the picture appears to be a very tall.

This is a really interesting photo! The angle of which it was taken was really great! All of the colors go great with each other, the green brown and bronze. Very good! this front door looks a lot like my front door. But the picture overall is great!

Great photo! The patterns of the lines on the door are very eye-catching, and the reflection of the trees is a great (background?) for the shot. I like that it was shot at an angle, but I'm not sure about the angle itself - the lines of the door and wall aim towards the corner and direct attention away from the door itself.

Those reflections in the glass are a sweet touch to your picture! I love the darker colors of the photo as they contrast the darkness of the iron on the doors. Nice angle of the door, makes it seem larger than I would think it is. Overall nice work.

I love this picture. I like the angle you took it at, so it makes the door look really big. The reflections of the trees are really cool effect. The brick wall is a good background. I also like how the door fades as it goes on to the top and it gets darker.
