Glacial

Contributed by E Schmelzle

I took this picture when i was in Alaska.... it was pretty much a point and shoot during a helicopter ride over a glacier.

The monocramatic-ness of this pic really captures the serinity. For a poimt and shoot it is amazing. However it could use some drastic white and black points in the pic.

very nice.

Wow Evan this looks like something out of National Geographic. Alaska is the only state that I have not had the chance to visit. Your view of it from the helicopter is great and unique. I like the low clouds and the leading line in the glacier that takes me into the image. Nice capture.

Evan...i...love....this...PICTURE............a lot. The curves are beautiful and the blueish overcast in the icey road actually adds to the picture instead of taking away. This and so many other things make it TRUELY beautiful.

pretty much all that I want to say has already been said so I will settle for a good solid "Cool Picture." no pun intended.

Wow, I love the lines of the road, they are amazing. The colors totally show the weather at the time and I really like the cloud cover!
