I took this picture downtown, around 2nd Ave., last weekend. It was pretty bright, so I ran a levels adjustment and did a shadow/highlights adjustment.

I like that blue light! I really like the saturation of that one color being the focus of the picture! I also like the rust present, and how it mixes with the wooden post. I also like that you used the shadows & highlights adjustment, but I'd like to see how much it's changed since you started!
